Push one button and you initiate the entire coffee making process, taking it from whole bean to steamy hot liquid delight. This super-automatic machine is meant for light commercial use and can output 50 espressos an hour. It has a built-in cappuccinatore for easier, faster frothing, with a steam control accessible on the front panel. It's "loaded" with all sorts of patented technology from the Opti-Dose system which allows you to adjust the amount of coffee to be ground for each individual cup, to the Easy Clean system whereby the entire brew group can be removed for complete sanitizing. The Aroma System injects a little hot water into the grounds to soak and swell them prior to the commencement of brewing. This gives the richest possible flavor. A controlled warming surface heats your cups. Super automatic machines have dual heating systems for brewing and steaming so there is no need to wait. These models also offer the Cafe Crema option; this is coffee made in a pressurized system but diluted to regular coffee strength resulting in a robust coffee without bitterness.
