Combining dramatic aesthetics with advanced technology, this fully automatic
coffee and espresso center grinds, tamps, brews, and cleans in under 60
seconds--with the simple push of a button. The unit's professional, solid-steel
conical burr grinder offers quiet operation and six fineness settings for any
type of bean, while a separate funnel accommodates pre-ground coffee--great for
making decaf or flavored coffee drinks when entertaining. The machine features a
stainless-steel lined ThermoBlock heating system, where water and coffee never
come in contact with aluminum, and a unique Dual Frother Plus, which has two
settings--one for heating and frothing milk and one for steaming only (no
froth).
The coffee center provides a clean, uncluttered, and user-friendly layout
with an easy-to-read LED display that shows whether mild, regular, or strong
coffee is being brewed, as well as the cup size, while the machine is brewing.
The cup-size selector allows for choosing from 1 ounce to 16 ounces of water and
has three coffee strength settings (mild, normal, and strong). Other useful
features include a 125-ounce water tank, unlimited hot water and steam output
that's programmable, and an extra-large used-grounds container. For better
tasting coffee, its Clearyl water-care system filters and cleans the water just
before use, removing chlorine, lead, aluminum, and copper, plus it eliminates
decalcifying. Designed in black housing with chrome accents and a
